Keeping up with Claire: Week 16

Claire Elizabeth! You are 16 weeks old and becoming quite the little lady. Your personality is just developing more and more everday and it is so fun to watch! This week we put together your jumperoo and you thoroughly enjoyed sitting up and being able to look out!

Sold...officially!

Well, Friday we officially said goodbye to our first home. It has been bittersweet. This is the home Ryan and I started dating in. He proposed to me in and we have brought two babies home to. We have lots of good memories in that house and I hope that the people who bought it enjoy it.

We are super excited to start painting and get moved into our new house. Should be another week before we get to work on it so in the meantime we will be living with mom and dad and trying not to get in their way and make them want to kick us out! Ha!

Keeping up with Claire: Week 15

We moved out of our house and are settle in with Mimi and Pawpaw for a couple of weeks!

Push Present!

Remember that time I had a little boy and 3 months later I got a Push Present? Well it's 3 months after I delivered a sweet little girl and Ryan gifted me with another car!

I loved my Edge! I loved that new car smell just a little bit more. Seriously does anything smell better than a brand new car!? No. I think not. My Edge was wonderful for us, but when Claire came along we were feeling a little cramped and knew it would likely get worse the bigger they got and the more stuff we had to haul around.

Well my baby daddy is a GOOD baby daddy and got me a 2013 Traverse! I'm super excited about it and kinda sorta feel like I've arrived (pun-intended) as a momma with my third row. Ha!

Thanks Bunney! Now off to enjoy that new car smell until it wears off (or I have another baby and have to go a little bit bigger. Ha!)

 

Life lately

Wyatt's 2 year appointment

We are blessed to have a healthy boy!

You were 32lbs and 36in tall. You're becoming such a little boy Wyatt and I am just loving it!

Keeping up with Claire: Week 13

My sweet little early-bird this morning...all pictures were taken before 6:30 while we were playing our bed with her.

I just want to eat those chubby cheeks!!

 

Claire 3 months old

Claire is 3 months old!

At 3 months old:
-You are such an early-bird! Your schedule is as follows (starting with bedtime):
...Bedtime is anywhere between 6:00-7 and you take a 5 oz bottle, but it is usually closer to 6:30
... If you wake up "prematurely" it's around 4 and you take your paci and go back to sleep
   5:30-7 you take your first bottle for the day (early bird!!) Anytime after 5:30 you won't stay asleep so we just start your day at that time.
...(Going with a 6:00 morning feeding) You will take a 5oz bottle
...7:00-7:15 you go down for a nap
...9:00 you eat a 5oz bottle
...10:00-10:30 nap time
...12 wake up and eat a 5 oz bottle
...1:00-1:30 nap time
...3 wake up for a 5 oz bottle
...4:30ish you will take a little cat nap that's usually about 20-30 minutes
...you usually play/get held until right at 6:00 when we feed you 5oz and get you ready for bed

This is your schedule...your predictable 3 hour schedule and it makes it so much easier for me and her grandmas that watch her.

 -Found your fists and enjoy chewing on them
-Just chatter away
-You actually sit/lay and watch the tv

-Starting to laugh more

-Take a paci but only to fall back asleep

-Sleep swaddled

-Roll over belly to back

-Are starting to find Wyatt very interesting and even laugh at his antics.

 

Claire we are so in love with you! These three months have just flown by, but we have enjoyed them so much!
